Bringing Value to You and Your Team
Engaging through Public Events, Private In-Office Events, and Virtual Access Tailored to Your Vision

Live2Lead (click for current ticket options) is an annual leadership gathering developed by Maxwell Leadership. Marking its 10th anniversary this year, Live2Lead has shared leadership and personal growth principles to a live audience and over 300 simulcast locations around the world. Following the initial live event in Atlanta (Lawrenceville) GA on the first Friday of October, rebroadcasts are shared exclusively by members of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team through annual licensing.
The Live2Lead format is a perfect match for our skills in hospitality, event planning/logistics, training, and speaking. The Downtown Duluth event will be during January 2024, on Main Street. Additional venues will be announced for first quarter 2024 events in northeast GA.

In its complete run, the L2L event introduces a series of motivational speakers anchored by John Maxwell to share their insights and strategies on personal growth, teamwork, and related topics. After viewing the half-day Live2Lead broadcast, our unique approach extends into a full day with lunch, takeaways from the sessions, networking and giveaways, and a motivational session by Todd Barker. For Downtown Duluth, our afternoon features a local panel talking about servant leadership. Two community non-profits will join us and benefit from donations and proceeds. Kendra Scott and local brands will sell items during breaks.

National speakers: John Maxwell, Ryan Leak, Marcus Buckingham, Kendra Scott
Local speakers:

  • Todd A. Barker, Adrian Collaborative and Adrian Leadership; Your Host/Moderator

  • Nancy Harris, retiring Mayor for City of Duluth

  • Joy Monroe, CEO of Single Parent Alliance and Resource Center

  • Melanie Conner, CEO of Rainbow Village

Beyond the public events, Adrian Leadership has options to leverage the content so that it best fits you as well as your team. Options include:

  • Private L2L onsite display: sharing the L2L video broadcast in your office or a nearby venue (or in our space if preferred) with engaging questions between sessions, key takeaways, your input on sessions to emphasize, and your organization branding included.

  • Private L2L with extended day: using the L2L content to launch a full day of leadership or integrate into a year-end celebration or new-year kickoff event. We can customize the content to expand the L2L keynotes or add other initiatives including book discussion, interactive games about teamwork and communication, meshing content with your mission and core values, or even helping you craft mission and core values. The day will be yours from branding and topics to theme and types of team activities. Our scope and fees will match budget needs.

  • Virtual access: with licensing that extends through February 2024, we can offer passes to the official videos from L2L for each employee (copyright restrictions limit to one viewer per pass) with a short-term access to current videos (5 days once the pass is started) plus 12-month access to previous keynotes and talks by national celebrities and leadership experts. In addition, the virtual pass from us will include access to our private Facebook group with all locally recorded sessions from L2L and other free content throughout the year. Our role will be providing the access codes/links for your on-demand uses.
