Training
Topical Sessions and Series matched to your specific interests, vision, and needs:
Adrian Live and Learn (ALL)
An informal 1-hour training during breakfast, lunch, or coffee afternoons.
Adrian Growth Club (AGC) is an informal series over several weeks with weekly sessions of 1-2 hours as a facilitated book club + insights on a wide range of topics; offered to public and as private team sessions (similar to mastermind or masterclass).
All training is available in person at our space, yours, or a designated location; virtual via Zoom, Teams, or other agreed upon platform; or a combination.

From mid-October through February, we offer the following with flexible planning approaches to match your team's vision, branding, and needs:
Public events as a full day of leadership with L2L content and our own topics with local speakers in downtown Duluth and northeast Georgia.
Private events, tailoring the experience to your team: L2L broadcast session(s) with branded materials and team discussion. The L2L season also is perfect for a year-end employee/team celebration or annual kick-off as a full day of team-building and growth.
Virtual passes with a limited run of the current L2L plus longer term access to previous sessions and inclusion in our private Facebook group with access to expanded discussion and local sessions.
Look for 3 new cohorts launching in January 2024: communication success plans for Young Adults, Mid-Career Adults, and Executives! Hybrid format will include in-office option, full access virtually, monthly content and discussion, and 1:1 sessions.
Speaking and Writing
The heart of Adrian Leadership's vision is Todd Barker's passion to write and speak words that inspire and encourage the best by an individual, a team, or a larger audience.
Todd is prepared to craft training content, virtual presentations, and keynote speeches/sessions. His career background also equips him to assist with your team communication plans, from strategy and project-based marketing to visioning, core values, and long-range leadership growth.
Coaching and Workshops
One-on-one coaching sessions will challenge and motivate you. A separate, more guided mentoring process also can be valuable, especially for young professionals.
For enhancing team dynamics, we customize workshops for your executives and the entire team. Strategic assessments and planning will help you shape best next steps, with practical outcomes and accountability. Todd has helped teams understand how to communicate more effectively and enhance their success through DISC personality/strength assessments, Working Genius work styles, and an interactive team assessment in a board/card game format.
Having the licensing and experience with tools is effective only when we simplify to the right tools for the job after understanding your team's vision, strengths, budget, timeline, and integration into your longer range success plan for team member growth.
