Hi, Todd Barker here, senior consultant of Adrian Leadership. I have served many roles, none more important than being a husband, father, son, brother, and friend. While my life has been based in Southeast US, I enjoy making professional connections and friends across borders with the reach of digital connections and travel today.
When not focused on communications and teamwork events or training, my career also includes a senior role with our professional services firm Adrian Collaborative. For 30+ years, I focused on communications, public involvement, and environmental planning for complex transportation projects. Today, that role has shifted mostly to advisory, reviews, community engagement, and mentoring young professionals on project teams. Among highlights of my career have been key roles to facilitate cooperation among state and federal agencies, to educate the public about transportation impacts near them and to lead many project teams. The idea for Adrian Leadership came across those years of my own professional growth and then a more intentional step of joining Maxwell Leadership 7 years ago. Our unique approaches will emphasize communication and teamwork strengths from my experience to leverage high-value content from some of the world's most respected voices on leadership.
